Description

The main finishes are:

  • Polishing
  • Smoothing
  • Brushing
  • Sandblashing:
It consists of a scratch on the surface by means of a jet of metal grit under pressure, this makes the material free from roughness and softening the color tones making them more charged and delicate
  • Bush-hammering:
It is a process that gives the material a natural appearance, creating a slightly corrugated and rustic surface, thus reducing the slipperiness of the surface and making it more durable, avoiding detachment and flaking
  • Flaming:
it is a process that thermally acts on the surface of the materials making it rough, the flame acts by hitting the surface to be treated at a high temperature which undergoes a thermal shock at about 600 degrees. This effect, combined with the immediate cooling of the surface with water, causes a phenomenon of thermal expansion and splitting of quartz and silicon, highlighting the structure and the natural color of the material, the surfaces thus treated become vitrified and more resistant to atmospheric agents
